After earning her coaching credentials, Sandra was hired at Yale University, where she served at the Center for Emotional Intelligence as a Master Trainer & Master Coach. Through this experience, Sandra discovered her specialty of serving Gifted, Sensitive & Multi-Exceptional individuals who have navigated various forms of trauma and supports their journey of voice and vision.
During the pandemic, Sandra attended Bridges Graduate School, where she successfully defended her dissertation on the lived experience of highly sensitive, twice-exceptional adults, and received her doctorate in Cognitive Diversity.
Dr. Clifton is deeply committed to a strengths-based approach to health and wholeness—and to celebrating the unique gifts of her incredible clients at every stage of their eclectic journey.
