Rajesh Kumar is a certified executive coach who specializes in individual and group coaching for high performing leaders and teams, with a focus on the high-tech industry. In addition to 1×1 coaching for leaders and executives, Rajesh has prepared and facilitated several training programs in areas such as workplace communications, giving effective feedback, team management, navigating change, etc. Rajesh is a skilled public speaker and strongly believes that persuasive communication skills are often the differentiator in career progress.
Before coming to full time coaching, Rajesh spent 25 years as a software professional leading teams in a variety of R&D projects. During this period, he was also involved in all aspects of line management with a specific focus on performance management and recruitment. Rajesh received the annual “Distinguished Contributor” award for the various initiatives he pioneered in this domain.
Rajesh’s formal coach training is from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and he holds certifications from the CTI (CPCC), the ICF (ACC), and Brain By Design. Rajesh stays involved in the technology world, as a Co-Founder and Chief Product OBicer for Location Tech, a San Diego-based startup.
Outside of coaching and engineering, Rajesh loves travel and is an avid reader and amateur photographer. He enjoys sports of all kinds and is as a long-time practitioner of yoga and distance running.
