How it Works
The program unfolds in four stages
Getting Started
I don't believe in a "follow this template and all your wildest dreams will come true" model. It rarely works. Each business needs different things. Yours is no different.
So before we begin, I'll undertake a comprehensive assessment of your business, looking carefully at what has held you back, where you struggle most, what pieces of the puzzle you're missing, and what your business needs RIGHT NOW to bring more revenue in the door.
It might be:
- Finding clients ("I can close them if I could just find them")
- Having reliable lead sources ("I'm not sure where to put my time" -- cold outreach, warm outreach, social media posting, paid ads, webinars, speaking events, masterclasses, partnerships, etc.)
- Pricing ("I feel uncomfortable raising my prices")
- Packaging ("How do I make my offer stand out in a crowded market?")
- Doing actual reach-out ("I'll do basically any activity in my business but I avoid prospecting")
- Getting on the phone ("I do a lot of sales communicating from behind my keyboard")
- Making the close ("I can get them 90% of the way there, but for some reason I can't close them")
- Handling objections ("I don't know what to do when the client says, 'I need to think about it'")
- Having the "money" conversation ("It's easy until I get into pricing and payment")
- Establishing a system to track the numbers (e.g., CAC, LTV, CPC, CPL, ROAS, ROI, etc.)
- Or any of the other challenges that are part of getting more and higher-paying clients
I'll use the data I collect in our onboarding process to build your cohort's unique curriculum, designing the program to speak to the actual needs of each coach in the group. In other words, no two cohorts' curricula look exactly the same.
But there definitely are fundamentals that come up again and again -- because businesses have common themes and common problems, and we will address those in every cohort.

Packaging and Positioning Your Coaching
The most common problem coaches identify is not having enough conversations with actual prospects. So most cohorts start with a "listening tour" designed to get you into lots of conversations. Most coaches skip this step, but businesses that actually sell never do.
You'll get exceptionally good at:
- Knowing what your potential clients really, really, really want
- Clarifying where it hurts bad enough that they'll actually pay for coaching
- Distinguishing between "nice to solve problems" and "have to solve problems"
- Replacing "fluffy coaching offers" with "coaching offers that are so good, the prospect feels stupid saying no"
- Packaging your coaching as a process that delivers a desired outcome (not just a bunch of paid sessions)
- Evaluating coaching websites (including yours!) using science-based criteria that make it much more likely your prospect will say yes
- Positioning your coaching services as a one-of-a-kind experience, making your value clear and compelling
We'll then move into how to get leads...
Building a Leads-Getting Machine
This is where we move into the building phase of the program.
Every business has a leads problem. For most coaches, you just need more of them.
You'll learn how to build (and then actually build!) compelling lead magnets to draw in prospects with real value. A cheat sheet, a free short report, top tips for X, a free assessment, etc. Offering prospective clients something really useful right out of the gate gives them a sense of the kind of value you provide as a coach.
Next we'll explore Alex Hormozi's "Core Four" sources of leads: Warm Outreach, Posting Free Content, Cold Outreach, and Paid Ads.
Where we'll head next will depend on the needs of the group. But in the past we've helped coaches learn:
- How to build a profitable webinar
- How to vibe code gorgeous landing pages that actually work using Lovable
- How to fill a room with qualified leads
- How to leverage social media to gain leads, not just followers
- How to do warm outreach in a way that doesn't feel weird, disingenuous, or icky
- How to run paid ads on LinkedIn, including targeting, determining how much to spend per day, and tracking your return on ad spend, so you can reduce risk and increase profit
- Building an email nurture funnel using Kit, ActiveCampaign, or the CRM of your choice
- How to build partners and affiliates in a way that's a win-win for both of you
- How to turn free visibility from Podcasts, Instagram Lives, and blog posts into lead-getting sources, not just "more exposure"
Once you have more leads than you know what to do with, then we'll train you how to close the sale...
Closing the Sale
The majority of the conversation with a prospect is the stuff that coaches are already good at: listening, asking good questions, opening up the space. But where most coaches crash and burn is on the close. So that's where we focus in the last part of the program.
You'll practice:
- Identifying the "hair on fire" problem that they'll actually pay you to help them solve
- Expanding their vision for what's possible in their life
- Stretching the gap between where they are and where they want to be, so that they get clear on what it's costing them not to take action
- Stating your price with confidence
- Getting more comfortable with people saying no
- Handling objections that used to make you feel uncomfortable ("I can't afford it," "my spouse might not agree," "I need to think about it," etc.)
- Mastering the art of selling without feeling pushy or "salesy"
- Using neuroscience-based principles to sell in a way that actually feels good to both you and your prospective client
We will draw on proven frameworks from coaching industry leaders, as well as entrepreneurs, including Steve Chandler, Rich Litvin, Taki Moore, Alex Hormozi, Eileen Wilder, Jeremy Miner, Russ Ruffino, Sabri Suby, and Giana Cambria.
As we journey through The Science of Selling, you'll learn how to package your coaching so it sells, build a pipeline of leads, uncover client objections through strategic questioning, and close with confidence using neuroscience-based principles that make selling natural and effective.
This isn’t a “tips and tricks” course—these are the absolute best science-based, proven, and replicable systems on the market for client creation that actually works.
