Patrice Keitt

JD, PCC

Patrice is an insightful coach whose holistic and practical approach reflects her belief that a successful, satisfying career is as much a product of self-awareness, determination and resilience as it is of talent and technical skill.

In her work with clients, she draws on the analytic skills she honed as an attorney, her corporate experience as a senior executive building and mentoring teams of professional managers throughout the US for two European luxury brands as well as her training in neuroscience-based coaching, mindfulness practices and habit formation.

Patrice is passionate about helping others fulfill their potential and works with leaders across a wide range of industries, helping them build rewarding, challenging and inspiring careers as well as coaching them on management and leadership issues.  She has a positive and collaborative style and empowers her clients to tune into their innate wisdom and act on their vision.

Here's what Patrice's clients are saying...

“Patrice is great! She will keep you going when you want to quit. She asks questions in a way that makes you re-examine your assumptions and leads you to draw your own conclusions. She is really motivating.”

-Sybil, Managing Director, Financial Institution

“I do not think I could have made such a major career change without Patrice’s support, or without her objectivity in helping me think through the risks and potential outcomes of the various paths I was considering. She was able to draw on her personal experience in her career evolution, professional experience as an executive coach, and her academic knowledge of what drives behavior, performance, and satisfaction in the workplace to help me think more clearly about my decision.”

-Kate, Senior VP at Financial Institution
