Sandra Clifton has traveled many roads and understands that life is a journey. Her goal as a coach is to hear you clearly and to support your deepest values to create greater connectedness–with yourself and others.

Sandra has trained at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and integrates a deep understanding of compassion and courage into each coaching session together.

Sandra has worked with hundreds of individuals who encounter anxiety and struggle with both perfectionism and procrastination to claim their unique gifts of neurodiversity and multifaceted potential. Through her research at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity, she focused on the trait of high sensitivity as a lens for self-expression and leadership.

After earning her doctorate, Dr. Clifton continues to empower clients to claim their authentic voice as they explore new paths to greater happiness and true authenticity.
